بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
إِنّ َآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ أَنۡ أَنذ ِرۡ قَوۡمَكَ مِن ق َبۡ لِأَن ي َأۡتِيَهُمۡعَذَابٌ أَلِي مٌ ١
EN · Sahih Intl. Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."
Audio (Mishary)
قَالَ يَـٰ قَوۡمِ إِنّ ِى لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٌ م ُّبِي نٌ٢
EN · Sahih Intl. He said, "O my people, indeed I am to you a clear warner -
Audio (Mishary)
أَنِ ٱ عۡبُدُواۡ ٱ للَّهَوَٱ تَّقُوهُ وَأَطِيعُو نِ ٣
EN · Sahih Intl. To worship Allāh, fear Him and obey me.
Audio (Mishary)
يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُم م ِّن ذ ُنُوبِكُمۡوَيُؤَخِّرۡكُمۡ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ م ُّسَمّ ًىۚإِنّ َ أَجَلَ ٱ للَّهِإِذَا جَا ٓءَ لَا يُؤَخَّرُۖ لَوۡ كُنت ُمۡ تَعۡلَمُو نَ ٤
EN · Sahih Intl. He [i.e., Allāh] will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term. Indeed, the time [set by] Allāh, when it comes, will not be delayed, if you only knew."
Audio (Mishary)
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنّ ِى دَعَوۡتُ قَوۡمِى لَيۡلاً و َنَهَارًا٥
EN · Sahih Intl. He said, "My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day.
Audio (Mishary)
فَلَمۡ يَزِدۡ هُمۡ دُعَا ٓءِىٓ إِلَّا فِرَارًا ٦
EN · Sahih Intl. But my invitation increased them not except in flight [i.e., aversion].
Audio (Mishary)
وَإِنّ ِى كُلَّمَا دَعَوۡتُهُمۡ لِتَغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ جَعَلُوٓ اۡ أَصَـٰ بِعَهُمۡ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِمۡ وَٱ سۡتَغۡشَوۡاۡ ثِيَابَهُمۡ وَأَصَرُّواۡ وَٱ سۡتَكۡبَرُواۡ ٱ سۡتِكۡبَارًا٧
EN · Sahih Intl. And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments,1 persisted, and were arrogant with [great] arrogance.

ثُمّ َ إِنّ ِى دَعَوۡتُهُمۡ جِهَارًا ٨
EN · Sahih Intl. Then I invited them publicly.
Audio (Mishary)
ثُمّ َ إِنّ ِىٓ أَعۡلَنت ُ لَهُمۡ وَأَسۡرَرۡتُ لَهُمۡ إِسۡرَارًا ٩
EN · Sahih Intl. Then I announced to them and [also] confided to them secretly
Audio (Mishary)
فَقُلۡتُ ٱ سۡتَغۡفِرُواۡ رَبَّكُمۡ إِنّ َهُۥ كَانَ غَفَّارًا ١٠
EN · Sahih Intl. And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver.
Audio (Mishary)
يُرۡسِلِ ٱ ل سَّمَا ٓءَعَلَيۡكُم م ِّدۡ رَارًا١١
EN · Sahih Intl. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers
Audio (Mishary)
وَيُمۡدِدۡ كُم ب ِأَمۡوٰ لٍ و َبَنِينَوَيَجۡ عَل لَّكُمۡ جَنّ َـٰ تٍ و َيَجۡ عَللَّكُمۡ أَنۡهَـٰ رًا ١٢
EN · Sahih Intl. And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers.
Audio (Mishary)
مَّا لَكُمۡ لَا تَرۡجُونَ لِلَّهِ وَقَارًا ١٣
EN · Sahih Intl. What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allāh [due] grandeur
Audio (Mishary)
وَقَدۡ خَلَقَكُمۡ أَطۡ وَارًا ١٤
EN · Sahih Intl. While He has created you in stages?1
Audio (Mishary)
أَلَمۡ تَرَوۡاۡ كَيۡفَ خَلَقَ ٱ للَّهُسَبۡ عَ سَمَـٰ وٰ تٍ ط ِبَاقًا١٥
EN · Sahih Intl. Do you not consider how Allāh has created seven heavens in layers1
Audio (Mishary)
وَجَعَلَ ٱ لۡقَمَرَفِيهِنّ َ نُورًا و َجَعَلَٱ ل شَّمۡسَسِرَاجًا ١٦
EN · Sahih Intl. And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a burning lamp?
Audio (Mishary)
وَٱ للَّهُ أَنۢب َتَكُم م ِّنَٱ لۡأَرۡضِنَبَاتًا ١٧
EN · Sahih Intl. And Allāh has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth.
Audio (Mishary)
ثُمّ َ يُعِيدُكُمۡ فِيهَا وَيُخۡرِجُكُمۡ إِخۡرَاجًا ١٨
EN · Sahih Intl. Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction.
Audio (Mishary)
وَٱ للَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱ لۡأَرۡضَبِسَاطًا ١٩
EN · Sahih Intl. And Allāh has made for you the earth an expanse
Audio (Mishary)
لِّتَسۡلُكُواۡ مِنۡهَا سُبُلاً ف ِجَاجًا٢٠
EN · Sahih Intl. That you may follow therein roads of passage.'"
Audio (Mishary)
قَالَ نُوحٌ ر َّبِّإِنّ َهُمۡ عَصَوۡنِى وَٱ تَّبَعُواۡ مَن ل َّمۡيَزِدۡ هُ مَالُهُۥ وَوَلَدُهُۥٓ إِلَّا خَسَارًا ٢١
EN · Sahih Intl. Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss.
Audio (Mishary)
وَمَكَرُواۡ مَكۡرًا ك ُبَّارًا٢٢
EN · Sahih Intl. And they conspired an immense conspiracy
Audio (Mishary)
وَقَالُواۡ لَا تَذَرُنّ َ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَذَرُنّ َ وَدًّا و َلَاسُوَاعًا و َلَايَغُوثَ وَيَعُوقَ وَنَسۡرًا ٢٣
EN · Sahih Intl. And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwāʿ or Yaghūth and Yaʿūq and Nasr.'1
Audio (Mishary)
وَقَدۡ أَضَلُّواۡ كَثِيرًاۖ و َلَاتَزِدِ ٱ ل ظَّـٰ لِمِينَإِلَّا ضَلَـٰ لاً ٢٤
EN · Sahih Intl. And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error."
Audio (Mishary)
مِّمّ َا خَطِيٓ ـَٔـٰ تِهِمۡ أُغۡرِقُواۡ فَأُدۡ خِلُواۡ نَارًا ف َلَمۡيَجِدُواۡ لَهُم م ِّن د ُونِٱ للَّهِأَنص َارًا ٢٥
EN · Sahih Intl. Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allāh [any] helpers.
Audio (Mishary)
وَقَالَ نُوحٌ ر َّبِّلَا تَذَرۡ عَلَى ٱ لۡأَرۡضِمِنَ ٱ لۡكَـٰ فِرِينَدَيَّارًا ٢٦
EN · Sahih Intl. And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant.
Audio (Mishary)
إِنّ َكَ إِن ت َذَرۡهُمۡيُضِلُّواۡ عِبَادَكَ وَلَا يَلِدُوٓ اۡ إِلَّا فَاجِرًا ك َفَّارًا٢٧
EN · Sahih Intl. Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever.

رَّبِّ ٱ غۡفِرۡلِى وَلِوٰ وَلِمَن د َخَلَبَيۡتِىَ مُؤۡمِنًا و َلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَوَٱ لۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰ تِ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱ ل ظَّـٰ لِمِينَإِلَّا تَبَارَۢا ٢٨
EN · Sahih Intl. My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction."
